Helene "Lena" Langdon (born 12 October 1982) is the wife of King Alexander I. Lena is the second daughter of Paul Langdon, CEO of K&L Publishing and Irene Lammert, the daughter of a Dutch princess.
Lena and Alex first met at Harvard University in 2001. She became his Assistant Private Secretary in 2010, after which they began quietly dating. He proposed in February 2014 and they married at Westminster Abbey on 19 September 2014.
Lena was known as HRH The Princess of Wales until the death of her father-in-law in January 2017. The new King and Queen recently announced that they are expecting their first child in February.
The royal couple welcomed fraternal twins, Henry and Amelia, on 1 March 2017.
